RelaySkills began with a simple question: why should learning depend on how much money someone has? The exchange keeps the process clear, fair, and open for teachers and learners.
Add skills you teach, goals you are working toward, availability, and preferred session format.
Matches consider complementary needs, experience, schedule, teaching style, and location.
Use secure messaging to define a useful goal, session length, and meeting method.
After the session, both members submit a progress report. A one-way exchange then transfers 1 credit from the learner to the teacher; a mutual exchange transfers nothing. Streak milestones award 25 credits at 7 days, 100 at 30, 400 at 100, and 1,000 at 365, each once. A scheduled event alone does not prove attendance or settle credits.
Time credits separate teaching from direct barter. You can teach Python to one person and spend the credit learning pottery from someone else.
